At Verve Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your brew, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all roasted coffee and brewing equipment. If your order isn't meeting your expectations, our team is here to help make it right through a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer experience team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and the reason for your return.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for equipment returns.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Item

    Securely package your items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Processing & Refund

    Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement.
